The Modular Open Hole Logging Skid offers greater flexibility in deployment. The skid is certified for Zone 2, UL C1 D2, Rig Safe or Safe Area hazardous areas with a certified DNV2.7-1 frame. Its electric motor powers the hydraulic system and wireline tools for logging operations. The skid’s self-contained and transportable design includes an enclosed operator’s cab that houses controls and a computer system for data recording.

The standard configuration comprises of a self-contained 7 5 k v a electric hydraulic power pack, control cabin & winch drum module. T h e Lifting frames are designed manufactured, tested and certified to DNV 2.7-1. Each skid is supplied with forklift pockets. The equipment is typically certified to Zone 2 Atex or UL Class 1 Division 2.

The drum module is supplied with a turret which provides 10 degrees of rotation and accepts up to 62” drums. The measuring head is hung from an overhead spooling arm. CCTV cameras are provided in the interior and exterior of the control cabin and drum module.

The cabin is designed for an engineer, operator and client witness. A BenchMark AMDA040 panel, back up depth panel and intercom system and AM5K measuring head are supplied. The cabin lighting is optimized for nightshift workers, performance and alertness are improved while sleepiness is reduced. Benchmark Diagnostic software make its stress-free to trace any faults. The cabin can be supplied with 1 or 2 air fan cooled logging rack. Plentiful power sockets and USB charing points are provided within the cabin.
